No matter what the mood or sit-
Uation – "Make it resonate!"
They say, and that it cannot wait
But must be implemented, stat
With walking stick and boater hat
You know, the must-do song and dance:
"Behold, this is your final chance
To buy the thing, to get the stuff
Should you miss out, just think how rough
It's going to be, you'll feel the pain
When you discern you've missed the train
The tragedy! Oh, you'll regret it
Hurry, while you still can get it!"
...That's how it's supposed to be
And while of course I quite can see
The merit in communicating
Clearly, without obfuscating
What's on offer, for your weighing
Whether it could help your playing
Still, there is a limit past
Which no one's patience much will last
And so, I merely here make mention
That, if it's been your intention
To attend tomorrow's workshop
Ankle round in your best high-tops
